What to know + Care instructions

LAshes

  • Every new client needs a new set to maximize results.

Please be sure to specifically book a removal if needed to ensure make sure enough time is booked for both a removal AND full set of lashes.

Please arrive without eye makeup on as makeup removal will cut into your lashing time.

AVOID caffeine before appointment to avoid jittery or twitching in eyes.

  • Cleansing Lashes daily is a MUST! Clean Lashes = Longer Retention.

If you have oily skin, wear makeup often, or sweat on lashes after working out, cleansing morning and night is recommended to prevent buildup.

    AVOID the following:

    • Rubbing, tugging, or pulling out lashes

    • Oil-based products around the eyes

    • Wearing mascara

    • Sleeping on your face

To maintain the fullness, fills are recommended sometime between 2-3 weeks.

Brows

For Ombre Brows

  • Book at least 2 weeks in advance for any special occasions or events.

    Please avoid the following:

    • Waxing, threading, or tinting brows before the procedure

    • Caffeine, alcohol, and blood thinning medications for 24 hours prior to appointment

    • Tanning or sunburning your face a week prior

    • Botox for at least 4 weeks prior

    • Fillers, microdermabrasion, microneedling or chemical peels at least 4 weeks prior (and after procedure)

Please do not workout the day of appointment as body heat will expand the pores, and also may cause blood pressure to raise and affect bleeding. It is recommended not to sweat (heavily) for the first 10 days after the procedure. Salt in sweat will prematurely fade pigment.

The only product recommended for aches and pain that can be used is Tylenol (acetaminophen).

For clients taking blood-thinning medications, note that they can cause excessive bleeding and prevent pigment from implanting effectively causing extremely poor results.

Warning: women that are on or near their menstrual cycle may be hypersensitive to the procedure.

    • Gently wash brows morning and night for 10 days with cosmetic ink soap provided in After-Care Kit

    • Apply balm morning, noon and night for 10 days

      • A rice-grain sized amount will cover BOTH brows

      • The tube provided should last client the initial session and touch-up

    • Keep brows dry

      • If they get wet, pat dry immediately

      • Other than gently washing your brows outside of the shower, do not get brows wet for at least 10 days. This includes sweat!

    • Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks

    • Avoid all makeup, lotion, face wash, shampoo and conditioner etc on brows for 2 weeks

    • No picking or scratching at scabs - this can result in pigment loss

    • Blot lips every 10-15 minutes for 1 hour after procedure to help reduce scabbing

    • In between each cleaning, Aquaphor should be applied to lips

    • Keeping lips coated and moisturized for 3-4 weeks post procedure is recommended

    • Swelling will go down in 24 hours, please ice if needed

    • Lips may slightly scab and peel, but let the scabbing process happen naturally (VERY IMPORTANT FOR PIGMENT RETENTION AND SKIN HEALING!)
